Such potential, but I'm confused :'(

I've been pouring over documentation and pulling my hair out for the
lack of it.

I've concocted a super simple (I think) recipe here:

At the moment, I've been waiting over 20 minutes after I ran 'cloud
start'.

Using ElasticFox, I can see the instance running. I can even SSH into
it, but I do not see a deployed rails app at all.

I'm sure there's just something stupid I'm doing, so if anyone could
lend a hand, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Did you do anything else than 'cloud start'?

If not, you probably have to deploy your application using for example
Capistrano.
