Recommendations for Heroku add-on to use with Pony?

Hi,

anyone here using Pony with a Sinatra or Rails app on Heroku? If yes, I'd appreciate any advice on which email add-on to use.

Previously I used SendGrid but the service is now deprecated on the Heroku platform. Just recently I tried Mailgun but had a horrible experience with their "helpful" support team which basically talked around my questions never providing any help.

Other peeps seem to have a had a similar experience:

I basically just need to receive email via a functioning, business-critical contact form on my site (landing pages, prospect opt-ins, etc).

I use Pony with Sinatra on heroku with mailgun. Although I setup that
addon years ago, so I don't have any recent experiences with their
support, sorry.
