Is that possible to add text after attachment? or Is that possible to insert attachment in between body contents of the mail?

I have a requirement as followed
Body content:
<html content goes here>
attachment
<p>Thanks,</p>
<p>XXXX.</p>
</html>
Pony.mail(:to => $recipients,
:from => "***@****",
:subject => ' Report',
:html_body => body_content,
:attachments => {filename => file content})
Can you help me how to added footer content in my mail.
