Formatting the Sent Email

Hey guys new to Pony.  Im working on a contact form, I would like to format my email so that it has the following in the body.

First Name: "user inputted first name"
Last Name: "user inputted last name"
Body: "message from user"

I keep getting erros when trying to do this, has anyone formatted a contact form email in this way?

What's your call to Pony look like?  And what's the error message say?  It should be easy to interpolate variables in the body string.
