respected concern authorities,i bought an iphone 11 pro on 19th October from Controlz World website, Gurugram , Delhi Through Axis bank Credit unfortunately i have received a defective unit and immediately i informed to their service deparment with screen shots and diagnosis report ( the diagnosis software was sent by company only ) screen shots to their whatsapp number and requested for replacement with good one as its under 7 days replacement window.First they oblized my request and return pick-up arranged and happy with that. they have received the unit on 25th of october as per courier tracck record.after that I tried to contact them on 26th of october but no one answered my calls.on 27th i have called their service department numbers 8744053164 and 8745013111 and had received a bitter experience , the persons who attend the calls are very rude and have no patience to listen my agony.they were trying to Gaining the upper hand in the argument but not interested to solve my problem.infact i have receved the piece with seal broken and screen guard tempered glass also broken at right side of the corner but i ignored and fixed with new tempered glass . i thought that its refurbubished so it happens, but charging the mobile i received ' liqued connector issue ' and then immediatly i contacted their service department and they have sent some diagnosis software to run before claiming replacement so i did and sent through whatsapp messages but invain, again they have sent back the same piece with factory re-setting but the problem remained same. After that again I requested them for replacement as the mobile was under 7 days replacement period but the ignored and arrange for return pick-up and retain the mobile for one week and send back the same defective piece on 17th of November with fresh bill vide their Order Number 5144, Invoice Number :6556f540991fe for Price: Rs.37399.00..I again called to their service department, they simply told me that send the mobile back and we will repair it, this is totally violation of their replacement policy and they are forcing me to keep the defective mobile which is having more than 8 defects.in this regard I have no choice other than praying you to do justice to me sir .Thank you very much and anticipate for kind call.

Dear Sir,this particular website "fullygarage.in" has displayed a fully wrong "size chart" in their website and selling T-shirts, based on their size-chart, we ordered the t-shirt and got fooled, none of them are fitting , and now they are asking us to RETURN to them by spending our own money,And they deduct the shipping charge of "50 Rs" too inspite of their FAULT, I request you to address this vendor and direct them to refund all money including my courier charges for returning .

I had placed an order for 'Divine Arts Sheesham Wood Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color -Brown Finish, DIY(Do-It-Yourself))'on Flipkart on 30th October 2021. The order was placed from the account of Krishna Komarpant, email: kkris...@gmail.comOrder amount was Rs 21649/- and payment was done on SBI credit card. The order was supposed to be delivered on 9th November 2021.However, the product is still not delivered and the delivery date was revised 10 times.The product is not eligible for cancellation as per Flipkart policy, so I am stuck with this undelivered and non cancelable order, without any fault of mine.I contacted Flipkart customer care several times over phone/ twitter, but no use. Every time the only give fake assurance that the product will be deliveredon the next committed delivery date, but the date just gets postponed. The calls with the customer care are useless and just a mental harassment.I requested them to cancel the order, as its really a long time and unprofessional behavior from their end and there is no guarantee the product will even get delivered. They said they cannot cancel the order and nor do they know the reasons for the delay in delivery of the product. Flipkart does not even know its sellers information, as per the converstaion i had.I have the sms of delivery date postponed, and all other details pertaining to the order.Kindly help me in getting a refund in my account, as the credit card bill is already paid and a reversal transaction will not help.

I bought Apple Airpods from Amazon on 05.08.21 vide invoice No: SCCA-18797 dated 05.08.21 . Amazon sent me an invoice without the serial number of the product printed on the invoice. As a result Apple has refused to register warranty and in fact Apple says warranty is expired. However the product has one year warranty. I have taken up the matter with Amazon and sent them 26 reminders till date to send me the correct invoice but they are not doing anything about it. I have taken the matter with Apple also but they say they need an invoice with serial number. I believe Amazon in connivance with Apple has sold me second hand Airpods and that is why they are unbale to give an invoice wirth serial number and Apple is also not doing anything. Please help

I had order a sofa cum bed on 29th Jun 2021 for which i had paid online. Expected delivery date mentioned in order was 31st July 2021. We received product on 30th July 2021 a day before. We requested delivery people to open the product check before they leave. Once we opened it, we found Sofa was damaged. We asked delivery people if they will take the product back or how it is .they said, you raise a complain where you have order the product, another team with come to pick it up.I had immediately spoke to Flipkart customer support executive, she said "don't worry mam, i have raised a request to replace the product. technical team will visit your home on 31 July 2021 and take the sofa back and will get another product within 24hour and give you". I requested for reference number, she said "you will receive reference no in email/sms once you keep the call". I had requested multiple times but her answer was same.I kept the call hoping she will send a complain no in an hour time but i did not receive anything. Then i checked my order tracking sms again and found status has changed. It was reflecting technical visit on 31st July 2021 and pickup of sofa 1st Aug 2021.31st July 2021 i got a call from transport person who asked for pics of product and bill. I shared on whatsApp. I asked when will you come and pickup damaged product and provide another one.Person said " i am transport person, my job is done. you raise your complain with FlipKart. I kept the call.Post that no one visited, I called again on 2nd Aug 2021, i escalated the case. Support executive informed that until delivery status is updated in their system, replacement complain will not move ahead. After long argument he raised two complain for me. One for return of damaged product and 2nd for replacement of the product.After 2-3 days again received a call from customer support executive stating due to technical problem in their system delivery status can not e updated in the system and hence they can't go for replacement request.She said, i have to go for order cancellation and get money back. I agreed for that too. She cancelled all earlier complains and raised cancellation request. Got sms with updated status again where it was mentioned that technical team will visit and will get the refund in 6 working days.i waited but no one came, i again called customer support people, after long call again they gave new date 13th Aug people will take sofa back and i get my money.Then after 1-2 days my order tracker sms status changed again as product delivered on 12th Aug 2021. that is it. and there is no other complain of replacement or cancellation. And it was not giving e any option for cancellation. It was only allowing me to choose return option with replacement. i had no choice as i wanted to open return request. I called again, after so much harassment and argument executive said " technical team will visit on 16th Aug 2021. I said "if they don't visit on 16th Aug i shall raise complain in consumer court.Again No one visited. Received just a sms on 17th Aug stating they will visit today and sorry for delay.I waited on 17th As well again no visit. In between my mother in-law became very serious as she is COPD patient. We got busy with her health issues. All packing material is lying in my living room along with sofa. there is so much inconvenience as there is no place to sit in living area. Again got a sms showing pickup by 5th Sept 2021. As i said the executive in my last call that i will not call you people, i will raise complain i consumer court so i did not call them. I again received a call informing the same thing that pickup will be done on 6th Sept 2021. I asked him i don't want to talk regarding same thing again. Please do not send me sms stating issue resolved. Keep my case open till you take sofa back. He said yes, will not close the case still he sent sms stating "Issue Resolved".I am completely pissed of of these people. I want my money back Rs 35999/-. They troubled us for more then a month. So much mental harassment.We need your help to get our money back. We are working people don't have so much time or money to spend. We are already paying EMI of Sofa.We don't want any product from Flipkart now. No deal with them. Please help us to get our money back. They are just giving us dates every time. No action.
