Furthermore sentences deployed throughout the book such as "The
subject of a sentence and the principal verb should not, as a rule, be
separated by a phrase or clause that can be transferred to the
beginning." routinely violate numerous rules set out by the book. Here
a passive is used, related words aren't kept together, and the subject
is separated from the main verb by a phrase that could easily have
been moved to the start of the sentence. That's three strikes.
