கொள்ளையடிக்கும் சாதனமாகக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. இந்நிலைக்கு உச்சநீதி மன்றமே பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும். கல்வி சேவையல்ல, வணிகமே என்ற அதன் தீர்ப்பே இன்றைய இழிநிலைக்குக் காரணம்.
