Dear Yiting,
The “structure” is not the structure structure of the protein. It means file organization structure. Because you haven’t uncompress the downloaded .zip file yet, Ponderosa Analyzer cannot find the expected files in the directory and it asks you if you want to select the .zip file and uncompress behalf of you.
Best,
Woonghee

Subject: Ponderosa file structure not found?
Dear Dr. Lee,
Hi, thank you so much for the previous help, I was able to get the structure using the Ponderosa client. However, I recently encountered a problem with Ponderosa Analyzer when trying to upload one of my Ponderosa output files.
I opened it the same way as any other ponderosa files I had before, this specific file keeps giving me an error: Ponderosa file structure not found. Do you want to unzip Ponderosa output?
The files were downloaded from the email and unzip in that folder, I am not sure why it is still saying there is no structure file. Is there any way for me to manually load the structure file?
Thank you.
Best, YiTing
