Dear Thilini,

Those VMs are configured to identify PyMOL path automatically and it is surprising.

Easiest fix is to place pymol executable symlinked on Desktop. However, you can wait until the first release of the POKY suite because it is just around a corner. I believe that will happen just a few days and you can use that instead because it is completely inclusive. You have to have Catalina or newer version for Mac.

Best,

Woonghee

Subject: Pymol

Dear Dr. Lee,

I was trying to use pymol to validate restraints in Ponderosa analyzer. Pymol window  does not open when I use view in space. I installed the virtual box and also the NMRFAM workshop ova. But still pymol is not working. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Thilini
