Hi,

I've been searching to find out what this is, but I can't seem to find an answer. In zipped results file, there is a "clean_1.pdb" file, but I'm not sure what structure this is. Any help? Thank you for your time.

Chris,

That is a “cleaned” PDB of similar protein found from PACSY DB. If you open “pacsy_match.txt”, you will see what has been considered to accelerate the NOE assignments.

Best,

Woonghee

Thank you very much. That explains why those structures matched up so perfectly.
