I would like instructions on how to use the Interruption and Unplanned features

I really can't figure out how they work. The interruption does not
stop the timer, as I thought it would. When I do stop the timer, it
just resets to the original number of minutes of the pomodoro,
although when I stop the break timer, it stops and there is no way to
reset it.

I'm totally confused about how to use this. I need to be able to stop
the timer for interruptions, then continue where I left off. Maybe
Pomodairo isn't for me.

Where it clearly states that a Pomodoro is indivisible. Interruptions
are not allowed to 'pause' the ongoing Pomodoro - either you just mark
it down or you make the current Pomodoro void.
