Instruction Manual?

I've looked all over, but I still might have missed it. Is there a
general instruction manual for the software? There's some features I
don't recognize from the Pomodoro method that I'd like to know more
about (i.e. Reality Factors).

No, there is no manual I am afraid. This is an open source project and the statistics was contributed so even I am not so sure at all times =)

Just so I'm clear.  You are responding in multiple threads to people asking for help over 1.25 years ago as if they just asked the questions today?
