[security] Pomerium v0.4.2

We just released Pomerium v0.4.2, a minor point release. This release fixes:

- security issues addressed by Go 1.13.2 and 1.13.3 including CVE-2019-17596.

- an issues with the new forward-auth support preventing post authentication redirection. Please refer to the upgrade guide if you are using forward-auth as this is a breaking change. 

Downloads are available at GitHub Releases and Dockerhub for all supported platforms.

P.S. If you are wondering what happened v0.4.1, that release did not include Go's security fixes. We recommend users upgrade directly to v0.4.2.
