Hey,

a friend and me want to develop a system with that people can create their own games right in their browser. People should be able to setup their own development environment on their own server.

The project is currently under the GNU GPL license, but we can change that easily, becouse we are just two people yet, and all code is by our own (except some requirejs stuff and such)

Checkout www.launchpad.net/gms for more info, and the sourcecode in our repository. www.gms-demo.tk delivers a demo environment. We try to don't use any WebGL frameworks, to get as many FP/S as possible.

Is Pomelo suitable for such a big project?

Like to hear from you, Ed.

Yeah, of course,  pomelo can handle a lot of realtime connections.
Both MMORPG and strategy games can work well in pomelo.
