I'm posting a link for download for file I mentioned. I got many
requests by email, so I'm posting it here:
http://krokar.parsek.tv/yoganidra.rar

It's a simple guided meditation of Yoga nidra 1 that helps you relax
all your body and Tim Rowe's hypnotic voice makes it very easy.

Please consider donating £1 to its author Tim Rowe, via paypal. You
can do it on this link:
http://www.timrowe.co.uk/nidra.html .

For windows, you can use Filzip (http://www.filzip.com/en/index.html).
On Linux, just use "unrar".

Got filzip and it worked like a dream . . . I haven't yet had a chance to load it onto my mp3 player to try it out . . . it's on tonight's to-do list.

Can I also just give a short update on my progress with PSS?  Since the middle of April my 91 year old mother has been hospitalized 4 times requiring me to miss a lot of work and to travel solo in my car between Vermont and NYC.

If I hadn't been practicing PSS napping, I'd probably need to be hospitalized myself.  I range from cores of 4.5 to 6 with 22-28 min. naps every 4-6 hours, as I can fit them in and as I need them.

Mother has stabilized to the point of being in a short term rehab program for a week or two.  Now I am back to end the school year with the mountain of work typical of any teacher, but with the added bonus of being about a month out of the loop due to lost family emergency days.  PSS napping is a life-saver for me to dig myself out from under.

I can't wait until I retire at the end of the month and use all this time for my own personal, instead of professional, benefit . . .  without the added stressors I've been experiencing . . .
