How to use the list: Make a list with the things which fits you. Print
them out on paper and cut them into pieces (you should maybe do this
before you become a zombie). This way you can easily pick one randomly
and you won't have to think about which one to choose.

Post your own suggestions.

Take all your clothes out of the closet, sort them and put them back
in.

See how long you can stand on one foot while watching TV.

Mix a cereal bowl with all the brands you have, eat.

Take a cold shower with clothes on, hang clothes to dry, dress up
again.

Paint a room or your house. Plan this before becoming a Zombie.

Roll around in the snow without much clothes for ten seconds. Dont
fall asleep!

Write lists, like this one for example, without sitting down.

Take out everything in your fridge/ freezer. Check expiry date amd
throw away/ put back.

Walk around town looking for empty bottles to get bottle deposit.
Noone's there to see you scavenge at night.

Vacuum clean and wash your car. Polish it.

Reorganize one of your rooms.

Vacuum clean your entire house.

Take your dog for a walk.

See how long you can go without sitting/ lying down. Except for naps,
of cource.

Make prank calls to random people from the phone book.

Get a sketchbook, find a random thing and draw it.

Throw a bouncing ball against a wall repeatedly.

Make a Rube Goldberg machine.

Make a smoothie with a little bit of everything you can think of;
fruit, taco, chocolate, icecream, soda, milk, chips, toast, bacon,
eggs, cheese, candy, lasagna, pizza, mustard, cake, babyfood, spices,
salad etc. Actually it doesn't taste as bad as you might think, but of
cource it depends on what you put in there :0)
