Just a quick question, I don't have much time.
Can someone on Uberman switch/tweak their napping times? For example,
original napping time: 1am, 5am, 9am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm. Would changing
to 2/5/8/2/5/8 be too much for the body to handle? Would there be an
'adaptation' period? Thanks. Can you switch back and forth easily? Or
would it require loads of effort? Thanks.

I don´t think it would be absolutely imposible but it would be very
very hard. Maybe moving 5 minutes each day over 2 weeks or something
like that, but can´t know for sure.

It depends when in the adaptation process you are. If this is during
the first 3 weeks, not likely. If you've been going through it for a
while, changing your pattern isn't that bad. The big problem you're
going to have is your 6-hour gaps between 8/2. Uberman works well
because it's a pattern, and what you've described really isn't one,
other than mathematically.

If this is the only schedule you can do, consider Biphasic or
Triphasic instead. You might also like SPAYML, though I've never had
much luck with it.

Out of curiosity, would I be able to transition more quickly if naps
were inserted. So, for example, let's say I have a 2/6/10 schedule,
and I want to move to a 3/7/11 schedule. Could I achieve this by
doing 2/3/7/11, or would that be too difficult?
