I think it's a unanimous belief that you need at least 1 core sleep in order to do heavy excercise in my case 1 hour lifting workouts at the gym for 3-4 days a week. So uberman's out of the question so I'm deciding to do Everyman 3 for 4 hours sleep.I think it was Michael Turner who said this on some topic but it was mentioned that there were scientific studies refuting whether it was true thatMuscle growth and repair only happens during sleep.

--Hi Morgan, Thanks for the reply. Is it ok if you tell us how many hours a week you lifted to get a quantative comparison? I seem to remember people saying it would be ok to do a bit of workout with Uberman- just not intensive like the way I plan which 60-90 mins for 3 -4 days a week. Were your workouts similar?
