So it's been about 100 days for me, and I'm still on polyphasic, taking
3 naps a day. But for some reason, I'm sleeping a lot more during my
core this past week. I've been sleeping for about 7-8 hours per day in
the last week, including the 3 naps per day I'm still taking.
Previously, I was sleeping about 5-6 hours per day, including naps. Has
anyone ever seen or experienced anything like this?

Maybe you're sick?

What do you mean by "sleeping a lot more during my core"? Are you not getting up with your alarms? This can be a reinforcing pattern, if it makes your get-up-time too close to your first nap, which then causes your body to reason that the waking time in between is an accident, etc.

Yes, I was sick this week. Would that explain it?

I don't use alarms for my core. I just go to sleep when I'm sleepy and I wake up normally, and I take naps at the scheduled times.

Ahh, yes! It's generally the case that those who are sick need more sleep. For polyphasers this might still be less than most people though. You haven't necessarily lost it, though you might need an alarm to get back in the groove.
