I'm using Matt's sleep track here, which has an alarm after 20 minutes.

However, some people claim the optimal nap length to be 24 minutes. Is there a similar sleep track that has an alarm after 25-26 minutes (including a buffer for the time it takes to fall asleep)?

Well I mean, the second track in that list has its alarm after 25 mins. I find the soft Ah sound will make me alert if I'm in REM but doesn't necessarily pull me out of it.

Pretty sure you don't want much of a time-to-fall-asleep buffer, because the whole point is that you're wanting to learn to fall asleep within a minute.

Also you could probably easily make one from Matt's 20min tracks just by duplicating a section in the middle. If you don't know how to do that, I can do it.
