Purchase Opinion :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Global Polymer's Report (6/10) confirms stability in major commodity
Polymers at International level. As per us, after 10 th October, the
trend will shift towards up direction as china will be back in routine
purchases. This in turn will boost Traders & stockiest to stock
material & build inventory. Crude is also increasing & considering
winter season the European & American market will procure more
quantity of crude.

Over all routine purchase is advisable.

Considering HPL's extended shutdown market has responded positively
for HM & Other HD grade buyers. According to sources said shutdown is
extended up to next 9-10 th oct.,2010.

Some shutdown has given boost to market in anticipation of expected
shortage of material in PE. Open Polymer market is having demand in
raw material sp.in PP injection mldg, Film. Hm & LL film is also under
demand. Traders are 100% seller, but buying from manufacturer is under
low demand. All major grades are available with a variety of range
from domestic to import.

PP: Purchase is advisable.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.) This week's report(6/10/10)confirms mostly flat in offer rates in
comparison of previous week. Indian new year (DIWALI), is almost one
month ahead, this may bring demand in finished products. Manufacturers
are waiting
For seasonal demand.
2.) IOC has captured major market in injection moulding due to cheaper
rate & quality. Other grade of IOC?s are also well-excepted by market
considering quality. Industries have responded positively with an
intension to develop an alternate for their routine purchase.
PE: Purchase is advisable.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This week?s Global report is in favour of buyers as it clearly shows
up trend in LL & LDs.

As per available news, HPL has extended shutdown up to next 9-10 th of
oct.,2010 . One of the production line of GAIL, was also under
maintenance for 3 weeks & will re-start Production after 1st week of
october.

1.) Purchase in PE is also advisable, looking to mat. Availability
issue.

Processing quality of HM manufactured by IOC has been appreciated &
well accepted by Industry. As per news quality better than other
mfgrs. Hd blow (IOC) is also of market expectation. Looking to current
review of Industry reg. quality of polymers manufactured by IOC, we
assume that IOC will lead in major Polymers in coming days.

PVC:
~~~~
1.) Some of the grades of PVC especially ?K? value 67,is under short
supply.Imported mateail is available in market at higher rates. Even
report also confirms stability in rates at global level. Buyers are
advised to make their Purchase as per requirement only.
After continuous four price revisions Indian polymer market is towards
stability or profit booking phase. Since last week we have witnessed
limited demand in polymers. Traders have started selling material for
profit booking. Crude oil is @ $ 82.84/bbl.
