So I follow the instructions here ... https://github.com/PolymerLabs/designer

but when I run bower install, it errrors out with

Please update bower to 1.3.3. They fixed a few cyclic dependency issues since 1.2.8

Thanks for the prompt response Daniel ... this fixed the bower issue and the install goes thru OK

However, when I load up the designer, nothing appears on the palette and I get this in the server console log

If you're using Canary, the blank palette is a side effect of this bug: http://crbug.com/365956. Custom Elements are not upgrading in async HTML Imports.

The 404's can be ignored; we're experimenting with some stuff that is convenient to put in the designer, but not ready for public consumption yet.
