PEDOT:PSS is not saturated

Dear all,

I have an issue with IV characteristic of the pedot pss device, when I connect it to the semiconductor analyser the IV is S shaped curve but when I connect it to the circuit I designed to measure this curve it gives me only a straight line.

The circuit is a microcontroller that generate a PWM then I use RC filter to generate triangular wave form to be the input of the device, the output of the device is connected to a sensing resistor around 1kohm, I tried different frequencies and delay times but it is still not S shaped curve.
