Disable paper-tab, only shift programmatically - to build wizard like UI

Hello,

is it possible to disable the paper-tab selection in paper-tabs?

I want to build a wizard for user registration and enable the tabs manually 

so a user must use 'next' button to switch to the next tab, but after that 

the user can select the paper-tab by clicking on it.

You can set notap = true on paper-tabs. The property is implemented in its parent class core-selector: https://www.polymer-project.org/docs/elements/core-elements.html#core-selector
