Trying

None of them seems to be working for me.
Not in canary 35.0.1906.0, nor in ordinary chrome.

Seems to be something wrong with the css. (polymer-selected is set, but nothing happens)

The demos should still work in Chrome stable for me. No flags.

There have been changes to the Shadow DOM CSS features that were recently updated in Canary (if you have the web platform features flag on). Most of the labs elements have been updated to reflect these changes (https://github.com/PolymerLabs/polymer-ui-pages/blob/master/polymer-ui-pages.css) but the site hasn't been updated yet.

A number of Polymer components I wrote no longer work in Chrome Canary (though continue to work in Chrome beta).

What adjustments need to be made to older Polymer components to work with Canary and future versions of Chrome?

Junius - are you seeing styling issues or more script related things?

Styling isn't showing up properly in my components on Chrome Canary. JavaScript errors in the console also have to do with style "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null"

Can you share a stripped down example in a jsbin so we can try to isolate the problem?

Are you using /content/ or /shadow/ selectors?

Dunno if this is helpful, but for me:

I just did a "bower install --save polymer/polymer-ui-elements" and it looks like I get a polymer-ui-base-css but no polymer-ui-base directory, which borks a demo I looked at.

If I just symlink polymer-ui-base -> polymer-ui-base-css things work well again (it was failing to load base.css perviously)

However, when I go to github I see polymer-ui-base not polymer-ui-base-css.. who be da source of troof?
