I just did a "bower install --save polymer/polymer-ui-elements" and it looks like I get a polymer-ui-base-css but no polymer-ui-base directory, which borks a demo I looked at.
If I just symlink polymer-ui-base -> polymer-ui-base-css things work well again (it was failing to load base.css perviously)
However, when I go to github I see polymer-ui-base not polymer-ui-base-css.. who be da source of troof?
