How To Use Polymer elements in Website hosted over apache server?

I am able to build the app using polymer but how to deploy the app to my domain hosted on shared hosting linux based apache server

Is there any method that my app will be working on my phone (I mean How to convert it into .apk for android)

I'd advise looking into Crosswalk to do that. It will run your app in a webview, and has build tools to build an apk. Take a look at these :

They all have an Android build target using grunt (as well as a few other targets too) - grunt apk :

I haven't run them for a while, but they should still work.
