Polymer 2.0 to 3.0 migration issue

Hi Team,

I am trying to do migration polymer 2 to 3, but I am facing issues.

Issue: while running modulizer, it running several hours, with below status of Converting Package.....

Below steps I have fallowed.

For updating the project

-I have cloned fresh master code of Policy Manager code

-Installed the latest version of the Polymer CLI

-installed Polymer modulizer.

-updated bower dependencies are up to date

-while running modulizer, it running several hours, with below status :
