Designer panes and browser differences

Hi

Love polymer but have a couple of questions regarding the designer. Have posted them here:

but have not received any answers as of yet.

Are the difference in look in regards to the properties and styles panes in different browsers a result of how the app has been built or is this due to various polyfills that are being used.

Screenshots of what I am talking about are in the stackoverflow post.

Left a comment on StackOverflow. FWIW, this seems like a bug so it's probably best reported as a Github issue.

I can acknowledge the IE issue. It's due to a difference in flexbox between browsers. We'll correct for it.
