gp.sh requires SSH to be set up for github

Hi,

I've been following the instructions to package components at https://www.polymer-project.org/docs/start/reusableelements.html.

One step in the process is to run the gp.sh script which creates a branch in your repository and uploads a copy of your element with all the dependencis. 

I ran the script and it failed. Upon analysis I discover that the script assumes you have SSH set up for your github environment. Can the above instructions be updated to note this or better still can gp.sh offer HTTPS as an option?
