Polymer asks for HTML&DOM team in Q4?

Hello polymer-dev,

We're doing Q4 planning; I was wondering what your priorities are?

Briefly, from me:

- Fix custom elements v1 bugs.

- Get customized built-in elements ship-ready.

- Do clean up in HTML parser to make loader conducive to ES module work.

- Prototype HTML, ES modules on a branch.

Hayato, what's in scope for Shadow DOM in Q4? Any thoughts about how to influence Safari implementation quality? How to avoid the same quality problems in Firefox's implementation?
