Polymer 1.0 -- this.baseURI appears to be the empty string

Hey everyone,

I am encountering the problem discussed here --

  https://github.com/Polymer/polymer/issues/329

It seems that resolvePath() is gone and this.baseURI, while a String, is nevertheless empty. This is with Polymer 1.0.8 and Webcomponents 0.7.9.

Any ideas how i can resolve the problem the OP of the above bug was having?

In Polymer 1.0, resolvePath was replaced with resolveUrl:

https://www.polymer-project.org/1.0/docs/migration.html#element-methods-mdash-resolvepath-renamed-to-resolveurl

Other than the name change, the method should work the same.
