Frontend App using Polymer

We require a developer experienced in Polymer (and Material Design) to build the frontend part of an HR System, connecting it with the backend.

The backend is already finished and was developed in Google App Engine using Cloud Endpoints. So the authorization flow and client side js library to call the backend are finished, with a single line of javascript you can get or send data to the backend.

This must be a single page app and even though we're using Polymer, looking good in mobile is not a requirement.

There's about 10 "pages" or views to build, with around 500 fields total of varying types: radio buttons, dropdowns, phone, address (using gmaps), currency, etc.

We have a clear idea of the final product, even have a visual prototype built (but not functional), screenshots attach.
