We just landed some updates to the polymer-project.org site. 

In particular, you'll find:

- Release notes for 1.2.4:

- New guide on Optimizing for Production using vulcanize and crisper:

If you haven't looked around recently, we've also added a bunch of other resources since the beginning of the year. These include:
