Polymer 3.0 can not find a correct url to fetch entry component or I make some mistake?

I developing a blog system with polymer 3 and golang. everything was fine until I generated a qr code to share with wechat, I found I could not visit the url correctly, so I use `polymer init` to create a sample component to test, just like I posted 2 images

any help?
