paper-radio-button and content

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure whether to report this as a bug or just if this is "by design", if you set some HTML to paper-radio-button it should show as its text but this doesn't work if you don't set label as well (space will do). It's important to m since I need rich text in my labels. So should I stick with label=" " and some inner HTML set or file a bug or start using a different approach?
