Hi I want to know about can I use polymer with  PHP?

Probably yes as Polymer works in the front-end rather than on the server (which is where you PHP interpreter runs). You need to find out how templating works with PHP and adapt/create your templates so that you have it spiced up with web components bits and pieces.
