Thank you for your answers. This is exactly what I am looking for. But how can I fetch the value of the date piker with PHP using $_GET after submitting the form. Same issue with paper-radio-button, paper-checkbox or core-dropdown-menu.

Their values do not pass  then I can not fetch them with $ _GET or $ _POST.
