[Polymer 2] CSS mixin properties in <custom-style> are not propagated

Hello,

I try to use the <paper-material> element in Polymer 2, but it does not work correctly because the CSS mixin variables defined in a <custom-style> element of paper-styles/shadow.html are not propagated in my custom element, even if I directly import the paper-styles/shadow.html file.

Do you know how to do to make it works?
