Parallax scrolling with Polymer

I'm building a project that will make use of the parallax scrolling technique.

The effects that I'm looking to reproduce is similar to the ones on this website: http://www.fima.lt/en/#top

Does anyone knows of a polymer element or set of elements that I could use to achieve the desired result and therefore save time otherwise used to build a solution from sketch?

I'm aware of the existence of Skrollr (https://github.com/Prinzhorn/skrollr), but I'm looking for a Polymer solution. Talking about Skrollr, has anyone used it with Polymer before?
