hello guys where do i find a book about polymer ?

I cant find any

Also i only see videos on youtube but none covers polymer from top to bottom

All of them just gives a fast trip about polymer. 

where do i find a video course ?

The best place is the documentation site: https://www.polymer-project.org/0.5/docs/start/getting-the-code.html. There is Getting Started material there as well as useful articles if you drill down a bit: https://www.polymer-project.org/0.5/articles/.

I'd suggest spending some time on the site to get a feel for what's there. There's a lot of stuff.
