I need your help with Polymer

Hi guys, I need to start a project with polymer, I already installed Polymer Cli, I put the option "Create a Simple Element with Polymer 2.0" but it never starts, more than 5 minutes passed and the screen is still black ... What am I doing wrong? What was wrong? Thank you
