How to test polymer 3 web apps?

Hi guys, just wonder if anyone has had any using any tools to automate the testing of any web app written in Polymer 3?

Selenium or anything else, I just need some general information on if anyone here had any experiences or not. When I was working on automating tests for Polymer 1, the hardest part for me was to get over all the shadow roots, and web component elements will cause Selenium to lose focus for certain elements.
