Want to understand the classes - fullbleed, layout vertical and layout horizontal

Hi All,

Am new to polymer and try to understand the layout and structure of simple polymer application http://kevingleason.me/Polymer-Todo/index.html. I have got the files and set up the application in local server. If i make any changes on classes (fullbleed, layout vertical and layout horizontal) in body tag, nothing happens in application layout.

Anyone, please explain the difference between vertical and horizontal. Also i got to know, fullbleed is use to have the application in full window. But there is no change in layout when i remove 'fullbleed' class from body tag.
