paper-dialog animation doesn't working

Hi,

I paper-dialog animation doesn't working. It works on https://elements.polymer-project.org/elements/paper-dialog?view=demo:demo/index.html

But, when I download using bower on my local, it doesn't working. I didn't change anything of demo page. Just opened on my browser like below link

http://localhost:3000/bower_components/paper-dialog/demo/

But, it's not working. My guess is, when I download using bower, it downloads the latest version. But, on https://elements.polymer-project.org/elements/paper-dialog?view=demo:demo/index.html , maybe it's older version.

Is there anybody who is facing same problem with me?

Hi Barbayar,

This is a result of the latest update of web-animations-js breaking neon-animation in Chrome:

https://github.com/PolymerElements/neon-animation/issues/51

As pointed out there, you can force downgrade web-animations-js as a temporary workaround by adding to your bower.json:

    "web-animations-js": "web-animations/web-animations-js#2.0.0"
