Diane,

this pea protein that you write about looks fantastic, so how can we make it if it is not just coming from eating garden peas ? are any health stores selling this ? you also write about chia seeds, i am back using chia seeds again after a break as i suspected they may be disagreeable but i don't know. After a month or 2 break, i am making the chia seed gel again as it gives me a lot of energy, in particular i feel stronger running when i've eaten my chia seeds but who knows if they cause problems with bp or kidney functioning ?

I have written a page on pea protein PPH.
It has been found helpful in PKD to lowers PKD blood pressure.
It lowers cholesterol by interfering with the liver gene.

Yes that is when it will be reviewed and hopefully tolvaptan passes FDA review. It is only useful for kidney cysts NOT liver cysts. But this is great news.
