Surgical options include liver resection, liver transplant, and liver artery ablation. Pain and bloating with early satiety are among the most common reported symptoms. For unique individuals with a few large liver cysts or with many close to the surface liver cysts that can be isolated– deroofing may prove helpful for pain relief.
