As Delauney and Voronoi are essentially related, it is possible that poly2tri would support Voronoi Cells in the future?

Hi,
A tessellation is not a valid Delaunay triangulation. Then, you will have overlaps error in the Voronoi results. If you really need a constrained Delaunay, you should fetch one library that add points such that no points are inside the circumcircle of any triangle in DT(P)
