EU pollinator initiative revision

A call is currently open by the European Commission to collect feedbacks about the EU pollinator initiative. The EU pollinators initiative was a first response to the serious decline of insect pollinators in Europe, but the EU now needs to step up its efforts. The Commission will therefore revise the initiative and put in place enabling tools and measures to address the main factors behind this decline. 

This initiative will help to meet the European Green Deal goal of reversing the decline of pollinators by 2030, ensuring they can continue to provide essential benefits to nature and humans.

This call for evidence is open for feedback. Your input will be taken into account to further develop and fine-tune this initiative.
