New version of pollstR (R client for the pollster API)

In light of v2 of the Pollster API, I've completely rewritten the pollstR R package. It is backwards compatible with the current version of pollstR on CRAN (1.4.0). The new version of pollstR is a much lighter wrapper around the API output - and both the functions and the output they return are different than the old version. I'm not going to submit pollstR to CRAN for at least a month to give users time to rewrite any code that depends on pollstR. You can install the new version from github (https://github.com/rOpenGov/pollstR). If you have requests or find any bugs open up an issue there.
